Layne Dixon is a photographer living and working in Chicago. She graduated from Indiana University in 2012 with a BA in photography. Layne’s work focuses on the relationships between intimacy, interiority, and family. Her ongoing projects center on addiction recovery, her parents, and the South (Layne was born in Atlanta). She is available for freelance work, including headshots, newborn and family photography, lifestyle shoots, commercial spreads, portraits, engagement and wedding photos.
Layne’s other passion is comedy, which she writes and performs in the city. When she’s not on stage or behind the camera, she loves to cook, binge Law & Order: SVU and play with her dog.
